During the first phase of
the project, ETS's consultants do a thorough investigation of your company
and assess your business goals. If warranted, ETS will complete a
feasibility study for project to determine the economic and practical
feasibility of your project as well as determining its ROI |

Once your organization has
approved your goals, ETS will begin the design phase of your project. We
will work with the company point of contact to design a solution based on
your business goals. ETS has adopted a USE Case Methodology in order to
communicate project design to clients. By the end of this phase your
company will receive a document containing the complete design of your
project including timeline and personnel. |

Once you have approved the design, personnel, and timeline of the project, ETS
will begin the development phase of the project. During this phase,
ETS.s
staff will complete the project, and give you updates based on the project
timeline developed in the design phase. |

After
the project has gone through the development phase, ETS will provide you
with a test-plan for installation and roll-out into your organization.
During this phase, ETS will install the solution within your organization to
ensure a smooth transition. |

After
the project has been installed and tested, ETS will provide you with a
turnover package including documentation about your solution and any
information regarding support of your solution. |

Once
the turnover package has been handed over, ETS will begin training your
staff on usage of your new system. Our trained staff will thoroughly train
you staff in usage of your new system and will be available to your staff
after the project has been completed. |
